1. 1 bungi chord with handles, medium resistance
2. 1 decent jump rope, make sure it is an appropriate length, stand on it and it should be at least to your shoulders.
3. 1 PVC pipe, slightly larger in diameter than a broomstick and length from floor to belly button.
