GASG offers flexible training for gymnasts seeking the Elite path. Gymnasts are accepted into one of two programs - Hopes and Excel - by invitation. For more information about this program or to schedule an appointment, please contact Becky Oppenheimer.

HOPES
The Hopes training group is focused on TOPs and skill development for the elite path. These girls are currently preparing for levels 6 & 7, and all are 9 years old or younger.

EXCEL

Our Excel training group is working towards the Elite level of competitive gymnastics. All of the girls in this program are home-schooled and train in the mornings and some afternoons. The focus of this group is to achieve Elite status and compete at the National and International levels. Jorgen Falk runs this program. As a former Swedish National Team Coach with abundant experience in the Elite Division, Coach Falk brings a wealth of knowledge to the program. Excel team members also compete in the JO program at State, Regional, and National meets.
